Nazarko Outstaffing Company began its journey in mid-2021 as a small Ukrainian family venture. Located in Lohow, Poland, our employment agency specializes in connecting Ukrainian construction workers with job opportunities across EU countries.

After the full-scale invasion, we reconsider our focus on the needs of Ukrainians in Ukraine and our EU Customers in navigating at the Ukrainian market. This shift has allowed us to not only support our local workforce during challenging times but also to fulfill the growing demand for interesting EU businesses to participate in the Rebuilding and Recovery of Ukraine.
